Role Overview We're looking for a Junior Architect with a passion for sustainable design, material innovation, and detail-oriented execution. You’ll work closely with our design, operations, and R&D teams to develop architecture and infrastructure using our proprietary green materials. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone ready to make a measurable environmental impact. Key Responsibilities Assist in architectural design and detailing of enclosures, site infrastructure, and prefab structures using Greenbanana materials. Create 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for proposals and internal R&D. Collaborate with the product and materials team to integrate structural performance with design aesthetics. Support field visits, site measurements, and as-built drawings. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and execution teams for smooth project implementation. Participate in design presentations, documentation, and design feedback loops. Develop and maintain detailed production and work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress against key milestones. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, factory staff, and suppliers to ensure material and production requirements are coordinated without delays. Report regularly on construction and production progress, maintaining site and factory documentation, including daily logs and production reports.
