Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience 9+ years in site supervision, preferably in civil/infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred).

Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Position Overview

The Civil Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities at the site, ensuring that projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and design specifications. The role requires close coordination with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor all on-site civil construction activities.

Oversee day-to-day activities at the construction site.

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate between engineers, contractors, and workers.

Monitor safety, progress, and resources at site.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects for technical guidance.

Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and work schedules.

Manage materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays.

Resolve site issues promptly to ensure project continuity.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Verify measurements, check levels, and assist in surveying works when required.
