Civil Site Supervisor

As a Civil Site Supervisor, your role involves supervising and monitoring day-to-day construction activities at the project site to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. You will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution of work. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining daily site records such as work progress, labor attendance, material usage, and site photos. Ensuring site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) norms is crucial. Conducting quality checks, coordinating material deliveries, and ensuring timely execution of civil activities like excavation, RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, etc., are also part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve assisting in preparing progress reports and project status updates for management and effectively communicating with workers and contractors to resolve site-level issues. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors - Maintain daily site records including work progress, labor attendance, etc. - Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to HSE norms - Conduct quality checks and report non-conformities - Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities and quality - Ensure timely execution of civil activities - Assist in preparing progress reports and project status updates - Communicate effectively with workers and contractors Key Requirements: - Education: Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (Bachelors degree is an advantage) - Experience: 3-7 years of relevant site supervision experience in civil construction projects Technical Skills: - Ability to read and interpret civil drawings - Knowledge of construction methods, site management, and materials - Familiarity with quality and safety standards Soft Skills: - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Good communication and coordination abilities - Team management and multitasking capability Preferred Industry Background: - Construction, Infrastructure, Industrial, or Energy Sector projects (e.g., Oil & Gas, LNG terminals, pipelines) You will be working full-time in day or morning shifts with weekend availability. The work location is in person at the project site in Nashik or Palghar.,
