Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects at client sites. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background and hands-on experience in supervising high-end interior execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams. Ensure timely execution of interior works as per drawings, specifications, and standards. Read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and civil/interior layouts. Monitor quality of materials and workmanship on-site. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth workflow. Maintain proper documentation including daily site reports, labor records, and progress photos. Resolve on-site issues proactively and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Conduct quality checks and assist in snagging and de-snagging processes. Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants during site visits and meetings. Ensure handover of completed projects with proper documentation and finishing standards. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field. 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out projects. Good understanding of civil and interior finishes like partitioning, flooring, ceiling, joinery, etc. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites if required. Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools is a plus. Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
