The Opportunity: Site Engineer

We're looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This full-time role is crucial for overseeing the successful execution of our fencing projects. If you're a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for on-site excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an innovative company that's reshaping its industry. A two-wheeler is mandatory for this role as you'll be traveling to various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Site Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our project execution, ensuring every fencing project is completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Oversight: Overseeing the on-site execution of fencing projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Coordination & Communication: Acting as the primary liaison between the project site and in-house teams, including operations, quality, and vendors, to ensure seamless project progress.
• Reporting: Providing daily updates and comprehensive status reports to the Operations Team, keeping them informed with the latest project information.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborating closely with the Quality Department, receiving training on site execution standards, technical details, and quality requirements, and ensuring these standards are met.
• Logistics Management: Ensuring the timely completion of fencing work by coordinating with the operations team for material dispatches and follow-ups.
• Project Closure: Taking responsibility for completing final measurements and securing completion certificates upon project conclusion.
• Technical Execution: Ensuring all technical aspects of the project are executed accurately and efficiently on-site.

Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Experience: Prior experience in managing on-site construction or fencing projects is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with various teams and external vendors.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work and a strong commitment to upholding quality standards during project execution.
• Mobility: Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
