Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams to maintain project progress and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control measures. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager. Solve on-site challenges and technical issues promptly to avoid project delays. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company standards. Manage material procurement, inventory, and site logistics efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in residential/commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, structural elements, and materials. Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
