• Develop and manage

  BIM models

  for architectural, structural, and MEP components using Revit or similar platforms.
• Create

  parametric Revit families

  , detailed assemblies, and interior finishes models aligned with project specifications.
• Prepare

  construction documentation

  and technical drawings derived from BIM workflows.
• Coordinate with

  designers, engineers, and site teams

  to ensure model accuracy and clash-free execution.
• Generate

  5D BIM data

  , including material schedules and quantity take-offs for estimation and project planning.
• Produce high-quality

  3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and rendering outputs

  using tools like Lumion, D5, or Twinmotion.
• Collaborate in

  innovation initiatives

  , exploring integration with engines like Unity or Unreal for immersive project experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in

  BIM software

  such as Autodesk Revit.
• Experience in

  architectural and construction drawings

  .
• Strong understanding of

  MEP layouts and coordination workflows

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  Revit parametric family creation and interior finishes modeling

  .
• Skills in

  visualization and rendering tools

  like Lumion, D5 Render, or Twinmotion.
• Ability to extract and organize

  material schedules and BOQs (5D BIM modeling)

  .
• Knowledge of

  Unity/Unreal Engine

  for visualization will be considered an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong

  coordination and communication skills
