Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Warking Hours: 09:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Job Summary:

The Civil Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare daily site reports, monitor progress, and highlight issues.
• Check and ensure proper materials, equipment, and manpower availability.
• Conduct quality checks on construction work to maintain high standards.
• Manage site inspections with consultants and clients.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, drawings, and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in site supervision and civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

• Site-based role with regular exposure to outdoor conditions.
• May require extended hours based on project needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
