About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our real estate marketing team. This role requires an individual with strong graphic design and video editing skills to create visually compelling content that enhances our brand presence across digital and print platforms. You will be responsible for designing marketing materials, editing property videos, and producing engaging content to showcase listings, agent branding, and company promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Design high-quality marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, social media posts, email templates, and advertisements.

Develop brand-aligned graphics for websites, presentations, and digital campaigns.

Ensure consistency in branding across all materials.

Video Editing:

Edit and enhance property tour videos, promotional videos, and agent profile videos.Add motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, and background music to create engaging visual content. Canditate must know iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Lightworks, PowerDirector, Shotcut, OpenShot, VSDC Free Video Editor, Clipchamp, VideoPad, Movavi Video Editor, Pinnacle Studio, Adobe Premiere Elements, Adobe Premiere Rush, Blender, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Express, and Corel VideoStudio.

Optimize videos for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and websites.

Photography & Visual Content:

Enhance and retouch real estate photography for listings and advertisements.

Create virtual tours, slideshows, and interactive media to showcase properties.

Stay updated on the latest design and video editing trends to enhance content quality.

Collaboration & Strategy:

Work closely with the marketing team, real estate agents, and content creators to align creative projects with marketing goals.

Brainstorm and implement new visual marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.

Manage multiple design and video projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Experience in motion graphics, color grading, and audio editing.

Understanding of real estate marketing trends and social media best practices.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Knowledge of 3D rendering and animation is a plus.
