Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead the brand’s visual identity across digital platforms.

This role involves conceptualizing and producing stunning visual content — from campaign creatives and product visuals to short-form videos and brand films. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design trends, storytelling, and aesthetics suited to a premium skincare or beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Development

• Conceptualize and design digital creatives, banners, social media posts, packaging, and marketing materials in line with the brand’s visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create campaign designs for product launches, offers, and social campaigns.
• Develop visually appealing layouts and designs for websites, emailers, and ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Ensure brand consistency and maintain a clean, modern, and aspirational design style.

Video Editing & Production

• Edit and produce high-quality videos and reels for social media, product explainers, ad campaigns, and brand films.
• Work with the content and marketing team to develop storyboards and concepts for video shoots.
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, transitions, effects, and music to align with brand tone.
• Manage end-to-end video production — from raw footage to final output.

Brand Identity & Direction

• Uphold and evolve the brand’s visual language, tone, and color palette across all design assets.
• Stay ahead of design and video trends in the beauty, skincare, and lifestyle industry.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers, freelancers, or agencies when needed.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with the social media, e-commerce, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive creative output.
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining the highest creative standards.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,925.27 - ₹43,168.01 per month
