Job Summary:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication, research, and relationship-building skills to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online channels, databases, and networking.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to route qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and pipeline information.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings or product presentations for the sales executives.
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships until conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop lead-generation strategies.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Good understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and lead management.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or telemarketing (preferably in real estate, construction, or B2B sales).
  • Freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,565.42 - ₹44,270.74 per month
