Job Title : Civil Site Engineer, Civil Site Supervisor and Billing Agent Location: Guna Experience Required: 1–3 years Vacancy : 3 Job Summary: The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for managing, supervising, and executing on-site construction activities as per design and project specifications. The role includes coordinating with contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule. Interpret structural and architectural drawings for site execution. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other departments. Ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. Implement safety protocols and ensure site safety compliance. Assist in preparing BOQs, material take-offs, and progress reports. Resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the project team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Job Summary: The Civil Site Supervisor oversees construction activities on-site to ensure that work is carried out safely, on time, and in accordance with design drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Supervise laborers, subcontractors, and daily construction activities. Ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards. Maintain site records, labor attendance, and material usage logs. Inspect work progress and report deviations to the engineer or project manager. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company regulations. Coordinate delivery and usage of construction materials. Support the engineer in project planning and progress tracking. Qualifications: Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience in site supervision for building/infrastructure projects. Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and equipment. Ability to lead teams and manage site challenges effectively. Job Summary: The Billing Agent is responsible for preparing and verifying contractor and client bills, quantity estimation, and project cost tracking. The role requires coordination between site, design, and accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely billing. Key Responsibilities: Prepare RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and client invoices. Verify quantities from site measurement sheets and drawings. Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for work progress updates. Maintain records of work completed, quantities, and material usage. Assist in project cost estimation, budgeting, and reconciliation. Review and certify subcontractor bills as per contract terms. Prepare BOQs and assist in tendering and cost analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor’s. Strong knowledge of billing procedures, rate analysis, and quantity estimation. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (e.g., ERP, MS Project).
