Civil Site Engineer

Job Description:

Casadel Builders is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team for a prestigious villa project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and proven experience in managing and executing villa projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion within the set timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress and prepare detailed site reports.
• Coordinate with the project management team to track project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage resources, including materials, labor, and equipment efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and the internal project team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, specifically with villa or residential projects.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
