Site Engineer (Civil)

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Civil Engineer (Fresher) to join our team. The role involves assisting senior engineers and project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring civil engineering projects. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site supervision, quality control, and project execution as per drawings and specifications.
• Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies at the site.
• Help in quantity surveying, billing, and material reconciliation.
• Conduct inspections and testing of materials to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support the senior engineers in planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Maintain documentation, drawings, and other technical records.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and quality standards.
• Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel) and AutoCAD (preferred).
