Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day tile laying activities at the project site. Coordinate material requirements: tiles, adhesives, grout, spacers, tools, consumables. Verify material quality, quantity, batch/shade, and ensure proper storage. Manage tile masons and helpers; monitor productivity and workmanship. Ensure correct substrate preparation, layout marking, levels, alignment, slopes, and spacing. Conduct continuous quality checks to avoid lippage, hollowness, or alignment issues. Coordinate with site engineers, clients, and company teams for approvals and inspections. Maintain daily progress reports, material logs, and documentation. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and protection of completed works. Facilitate smooth workflow by resolving on-site issues promptly. Qualifications ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred, not mandatory). Ability to manage multiple areas/zones within a project.
