Job Summary

The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and management to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and technical teams to resolve on-site issues.
• Conduct quality checks for materials, workmanship, and construction processes.
• Verify measurements and assist in preparing BOQs, RA bills, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Manage resources including manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
• Assist in layout work, surveying, and interpretation of structural, architectural, and services drawings.
• Conduct inspections and testing as required by the QA/QC plan.
• Maintain proper records, site logs, and documentation for audits and project tracking.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in site execution (infrastructure projects preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
• Understanding of quality and safety protocols.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
