Safety and compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and legal requirements throughout the project.
Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
Problem-solving: Address and resolve any technical issues or deficiencies that emerge during construction.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports and site logs to management.
Essential tasks
