Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement of

  construction materials

  for ongoing project
• Prepare accurate

  purchase orders (POs)

  including quantity, price, and specifications
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with

  active and reliable vendors

• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and

  terms & conditions

• Manage

  admin-related procurement

  for site and office needs (e.g., safety gear, tools, consumables)
• Coordinate with site engineers to plan and fulfill material requirements on time
• Track

  material dispatch and delivery

  , and maintain procurement logs and reports
• Verify

  invoices, delivery notes, and GRNs

  , ensuring alignment with PO terms
• Monitor

  market rates

  and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
• Collaborate with accounts, store, and project teams for smooth documentation and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma in Civil / Construction Management (B.Tech in Civil preferred)

• 7+ years

  of relevant experience in real estate or construction procurement
• Strong knowledge of building materials and vendor ecosystems, especially in

  Delhi-NCR region
