Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Civil Finishes Officer at Oberoi Realty. The primary responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating all civil and interior finishing works, ensuring quality standards are maintained, managing vendors, and meeting project timelines. The Civil Finishes Officer will also inspect construction sites, ensure adherence to safety regulations, collaborate with various teams, and provide technical solutions as needed to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Civil Finishing works, including interior finishing and exterior detailing
• Proficiency in site inspections, quality control, and resolution of technical issues
• Project management and vendor coordination skills, with a focus on timelines and budgets
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage
