Job Description

Role & responsibilities Project Lifecycle: 1) Plan, schedule, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions for civil projects. 2) Leading and motivating the team of Engineers & Non technical staff to achieve a common goal while working in the areas of estimation, tendering, marketing, project execution both in Civil and Electro mechanical works. 3) To develop Internal Systems required for Proper Execution of the Projects in a professional way to save Cost and Time 4) Sourcing of Projects, guiding Estimation team, checking the estimates and finalization of estimates and method of execution before Tendering. Execution Leadership: 1) Lead construction, ensure quality and safety, and resolve on-site challenges. 2) Starting Projects, Monitor the progress of all projects and updating the Management on the critical issues and possible solutions, Execution of the Project with safety, quality standards and satisfaction to the stakeholders and handing over of the project including supporting in finalization of final bills. Budget Control: 1) Manage project budgets, control costs, and identify savings. 2) Setting up project Budgets, Quality procedures and monitoring project progress as per committed schedule. Team & Stakeholders: Lead and mentor project teams; coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors. Quality & Compliance: Implement quality assurance and ensure all legal/safety compliance. Preferred candidate profile 1) Candidate Must have Experience in Sites & Corporate Office. 2) Male Candidate only 3) immediate Joiners Preferable
