Execution Leadership: 1) Lead construction, ensure quality and safety, and resolve on-site challenges. 2) Starting Projects, Monitor the progress of all projects and updating the Management on the critical issues and possible solutions, Execution of the Project with safety, quality standards and satisfaction to the stakeholders and handing over of the project including supporting in finalization of final bills. Role & responsibilities Accounts Payable: Oversee the entire accounts payable process, from receiving and processing vendor invoices to reconciling statements and resolving any discrepancies. General Accounting: Assist with month-end and year-end closings, reconcile account transactions, and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial statements and records. Tax Compliance: Manage all Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely filing and payments in accordance with Indian tax regulations. Preferred candidate profile 1) Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP Xpedeon) and MS Excel. 2) Candidate must have experience in an accounting role, focusing on accounts payable and tax compliance. 3) Immediate Joiners are Preferable.

Role & responsibilities Conduct foot surveys for pegging plans and prepare LOPs in open routes and station yards. Prepare material assessments based on BOQ and approved drawings. Execute OHE foundations, anchor blocks, mast erection, and upright installation as per approved LOPs and CSDs. Perform erection of OHE components including SPS, brackets, guy rods, isolators, portal booms, catenary and contact wires, and counterweights. Oversee and coordinate TOWER CAR inspection activities with the client. Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) for client billing and monthly bills for subcontractors (foundation/erection). Allocate and supervise daily work activities of OHE supervisors and manpower in coordination with clients. Plan and arrange traffic and power blocks with Indian Railways for safe execution of work. Manage site inventory and ensure timely procurement and reconciliation of OHE materials. Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Review and validate Location Plans, Cross Section Drawings (CSD) and erection reports. Preferred candidate profile Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering. Proven experience in OHE or railway electrification projects. Sound knowledge of Indian Railway OHE standards and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans. Strong coordination, communication, and team management skills. Willingness to travel and work at various project sites.

Role & responsibilities This role involves coordinating and managing electrical projects, primarily within railway electrification, transmission & distribution systems , from initial planning through to close-out. You'll be responsible for technical oversight, site management, testing, and financial reporting, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Project Management: Plan, schedule, and track electrical projects (e.g., traction systems, substations, overhead lines, signalling power). Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction teams, contractors, and utility providers. Technical & Design: Review and contribute to electrical design documents (layouts, power calculations, cable routing). Utilize software like AutoCAD, ETAP , or similar. Site Management: Conduct site visits, monitor progress, ensure safety and quality compliance, and oversee the execution of electrical, civil, and mechanical works Resolve on-site technical issues. Testing & Commissioning: Support or supervise electrical testing (insulation resistance, earth fault loop, system commissioning, SAT/FAT). Implement health & safety protocols (lockout/tagout, arc-flash, CDM regulations). Budget & Reporting: Track project budgets, monitor costs, and prepare detailed progress and reconciliation reports. Maintain accurate project documentation. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, changes, and risks to internal and external stakeholders. Manage necessary approvals and permits (e.g., civil authorities, utility providers). Preferred candidate profile Experience : Candidates must have experience in railway electrification or transmission & distribution systems. Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD ; familiar with ETAP, SKM, or similar. Strong understanding of electrical codes (IEC, NEC, local railway standards) and HV systems. Knowledge of testing, commissioning, switchgear, substations, and traction equipment. Project & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting abilities. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Primavera) is a plus. Additional: Willingness to travel, valid driving license, and a strong safety-oriented mindset with experience in frameworks like BMS or SHEQ.
