Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming OHE materials (e.g., cantilevers, insulators, clamps, fittings, copper conductors, brackets, etc.)
Maintain up-to-date stock registers, material issue records, and inspection reports.
Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain traceability.
Ensure safe and systematic storage of materials following manufacturers guidelines.
Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements and replenishment.
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain records of tools, consumables, and returnable items issued to site teams.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly material status reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping in the store area.
Support audits and inspections by internal and external agencies.
