Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Inspection:
• Conduct detailed inspections, diagnoses, and assessments of prospects passed on by the Sales (CSE) team in accordance with company standards.
• Identify problems on-site and propose practical solutions that align with customer requirements and budget constraints.
• Share relevant site data and insights with the CSE to help prepare the most suitable proposal for the client.
• Accompany the CSE in final discussions and meetings with prospects to minimize delivery gaps and support the conversion of prospects into clients.
• Execution:
• Review and comprehend project plans provided by the CSE, making necessary arrangements for timely execution.
• Oversee crew performance by counseling and guiding team members, ensuring smooth project execution and minimizing the gap between planned vs. actual delivery (within a 20% confidence interval).
• Communicate project updates through daily reports (site updates, material consumption, closures, audit reports) to CSE and clients.
• Provide relevant operational and cost-related data to management or data analysts for cost optimization and performance improvement.
