Civil Engineer (Site Engineer) Female

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Civil Engineer with a strong interest in sales and client interaction. This hybrid role combines technical knowledge with business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will work from the office for four days a week and visit project sites or client locations for two days a week. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing technical solutions, supporting project execution, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:Technical Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret civil/structural drawings and BOQs.
• Support design and estimation teams in preparing proposals, costing, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of work as per standards.

Sales & Client Engagement:

• Meet clients, consultants, and contractors to promote the company's products/services.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and negotiations to convert opportunities into orders.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain client and site visit reports, sales trackers, and CRM updates.
• Liaise between the sales, design, and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide feedback from the market to improve offerings and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client/project sites at least 2 days per week.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic estimation tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to B2B sales, project-based selling, or construction materials/equipment.
• Ability to read and explain technical drawings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in CRM or sales tracking systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
