Fabricator/Welder

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Fabricators to join our team for fabrication work at both factory and site locations. The ideal candidate should have experience in metal fabrication, reading technical drawings, and operating fabrication tools and machines. Willingness to travel and work at project sites is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform metal fabrication tasks as per engineering drawings and instructions.
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble metal components using appropriate tools (e.g., grinders, cutters, welding machines, etc.).
• Work on-site to install fabricated structures as required by the project.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all fabrication work meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain tools and work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other team members for smooth execution.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fabricator or in a similar role in metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Skilled in using fabrication tools and machinery.
• Basic knowledge of welding techniques (Arc, MIG, TIG) is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites when required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Fabrication, Fitter, Welding, or related fields.
• Prior experience in industrial or construction projects.
• Safety certification (if any) is a plus.

Work Conditions:

• Work may be performed both indoors (factory) and outdoors (site).
• Requires physical strength and stamina.
• PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
