Role Overview: As a Project Manager at Sacheti Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of projects in the infrastructure and real estate development sectors. Your role will be crucial in ensuring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Daily tasks will involve coordinating with various departments, managing logistics, inspecting project progress, and expediting processes to guarantee timely project completion within the allocated budget. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of projects - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables - Manage logistics and coordinate with different departments - Inspect project progress and ensure quality assurance - Expedite processes to meet project deadlines and budget constraints Qualifications Required: - Proficient in project management and coordination - Prior experience in expediting and logistics management - Strong inspection and quality assurance skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Experience in construction with a technical qualification in civil engineering Note: Immediate joining is required. The salary ranges from 35k to 50k monthly, including accommodation and other perks, based on experience.
