Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and material requirements.
Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards at the site.
Ensure proper site documentation including daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and material consumption logs.
Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship at various stages.
Ensure timely completion of each project phase within budget and schedule.
Manage subcontractors and labor to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Address and resolve any technical or site-related issues promptly.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, waterproofing, and interior coordination works.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,644.77 - ₹50,000.00 per month
