Job Summary
Oversee civil engineering for a 150,000 sq. ft. factory project and maintain 8 existing buildings. Ensure quality, safety, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery per designs and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute projects: Schedules, supervise RCC/structural works, coordinate with teams.
Quality & Safety: Adhere to IS/NBC codes, implement safety measures.
Cost Management: Monitor materials/budgets, certify bills, optimize resources.
Coordination: Liaise with clients/authorities, maintain documentation/reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma with experience OK).
Experience: 5-8 years in industrial/factory projects (min. one >100,000 sq. ft.).
Skills: RCC, AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel; estimation/BOQ knowledge.
Core Competencies
Leadership, quality focus, time/cost management, problem-solving, communication.
Preferred
PEB structures, environmental compliance, multi-agency coordination.
