Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our real estate development team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree and have a strong background in site-based engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Manage and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets the required standards by conducting regular inspections and tests.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during construction in a timely and efficient manner.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records and prepare reports on project progress and any deviations from the project plan.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Civil 3D

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in civil engineering within the real estate sector.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale residential or commercial projects
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and codes
