Civil engineer

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Planning Executive, you will play a key role in assisting the planning team with project schedules, resource allocation, and ensuring smooth project execution within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers and other teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Monitor the progress of projects and provide regular updates to the senior management team.
• Track material procurement and ensure timely delivery to the project site.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation for various projects.
• Prepare and maintain reports, such as project status reports, resource utilization reports, etc.
• Identify and resolve potential delays or bottlenecks in the project timeline.
• Ensure all planning-related activities are in compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of project-related documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
• Fresher’s are welcome to apply (1-2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus).
• Good understanding of project planning and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and knowledge of planning software is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of interior fit-out and construction processes will be an advantage.
• Willing to relocate to Mumbai or Chennai.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
