Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Planning Executive, you will play a key role in assisting the planning team with project schedules, resource allocation, and ensuring smooth project execution within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Coordinate with project managers and other teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Monitor the progress of projects and provide regular updates to the senior management team.
Track material procurement and ensure timely delivery to the project site.
Assist in resource planning and allocation for various projects.
Prepare and maintain reports, such as project status reports, resource utilization reports, etc.
Identify and resolve potential delays or bottlenecks in the project timeline.
Ensure all planning-related activities are in compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of project-related documents.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
Fresher’s are welcome to apply (1-2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus).
Good understanding of project planning and scheduling tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and knowledge of planning software is a plus.
Basic knowledge of interior fit-out and construction processes will be an advantage.
Willing to relocate to Mumbai or Chennai.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
