Job Purpose:

Site Engineer will be responsible for the effective on-site execution and supervision of civil projects.

Role Description:

• Develop and maintain site-level execution plans in alignment with project schedule and budget.
• Lead day-to-day on-site execution activities and ensure adherence to technical drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track material usage, site inventory, labour productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain DPRs, BBS, quantity calculations, and site records accurately.
• Conduct inspections for steel, shuttering, alignment, levels, and workmanship quality.
• Ensure implementation of safety norms and resolve site-level issues swiftly.
• Participate in client and consultant meetings when required and present site status.
• Ensure timely escalation of risks and deviations to the Project Manager.

Requisite Skills:

• Technical knowledge in civil works, quantity estimation, and structural detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings.
• Good in team handling, labour management, and contractor coordination.
• Strong planning, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and measurement techniques.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in preparing BBS, DPR, and quantity reconciliation.
• Familiarity with high-rise residential and commercial project execution.
• Basic understanding of project planning tools and safety compliance.

Education Required:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
