POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Female Civil Engineer to join our Sales Support team. This role uniquely combines technical engineering expertise with business development, offering an exceptional opportunity to bridge the gap between complex engineering solutions and client requirements while driving sales growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Sales Support:

• Translate complex engineering specifications into client-friendly solutions and presentations
• Provide technical expertise during client meetings and product demonstrations
• Develop comprehensive technical proposals and quotations for prospective clients
• Conduct product training sessions for internal sales team and external partners
• Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate WPC

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients during pre-sales phase
• Address technical queries and concerns from architects, contractors, and end-users
• Collaborate with clients to understand project specifications and deliver customized solutions
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and technical requirements
• Follow up on technical proposals and support contract closure activities

Sales Process Enhancement:

• Support sales team with technical documentation and product specifications
• Assist in developing sales collateral including technical brochures and case studies
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as technical representative
• Conduct market research on competitor products and industry trends
• Provide feedback to product development team based on client requirements

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of technical inquiries and resolutions
• Prepare regular reports on sales support activities and client feedback
• Document best practices and create technical knowledge base for team reference
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and technical specifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

   from recognized institution

• Excellent communication skills

   in English and Hindi

• Strong presentation abilities

   and client-facing confidence

• Understanding of construction materials

   and building processes

• Problem-solving mindset

   with attention to detail

EXPERIENCE

• 0-3 years

   in engineering, sales support, or technical consulting

• Building materials/construction industry

   experience preferred

• Client presentation experience

   advantageous
