Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team in Baghpat, UP. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 1–2 years of experience (freshers with strong technical knowledge are also welcome). The role involves site supervision, project execution, and working closely with the project management team to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee and monitor the progress of construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Project Execution: Assist in planning and executing civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets project standards and specifications.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
• Reporting: Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and daily progress logs.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues on-site and find effective solutions to prevent project delays.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of ongoing projects to ensure adherence to architectural plans and construction schedules.

Required Skills:

• Site Supervision and on-ground construction experience
• Strong technical knowledge in Civil Engineering principles
• Good understanding of project execution and construction management
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, and construction drawings
• Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and safety standards
• Good communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in basic software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong technical skills are also encouraged to apply)
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Baghpat, U.P.
• Own transport will be an advantage for on-site visits.
