Role Overview We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 1 year of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of construction practices, PEB structures, roofing systems and site supervision while ensuring project execution meets quality, safety and timeline standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, design, and execution of PEB and roofing sheet projects. Conduct site supervision and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety norms. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers for smooth project delivery. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports, material requirements, and progress updates. Inspect and monitor quality of materials and workmanship at site. Provide technical support to resolve on-site challenges. Ensure compliance with structural safety, quality, and company standards. Required Qualifications & Skills B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in PEB and roofing projects. Knowledge of construction methods, structural drawings, and material specifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
