The ideal candidate will manage the full project lifecycle — from identifying new opportunities and preparing winning proposals, to leading site operations and delivering high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (Mandatory Function)
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and online platforms.
Pitch services to potential clients and build long-term relationships.
Collaborate with management to set revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
Quotation & Proposal Management
Prepare detailed and competitive BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
Draft technical documents, project briefs, and scope of work.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of proposals.
Project Planning & Execution
Prepare project timelines, material procurement plans, and execution schedules.
Supervise daily site work, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
Client Communication & Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
Conduct regular meetings and site updates.
Manage changes, client requests, and issue resolution.
Project Handover & Closure
Conduct final inspections, snag lists, and quality checks.
Ensure smooth and documented handover of the project.
Collect feedback and support post-handover requirements if needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
5+ years of experience in civil construction and project/client management.
Proven experience in business development and proposal writing is essential.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, and contracts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
