Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil engineering works related to solar projects, including site preparation, foundation design, and structural execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee civil works for solar power projects including site survey, layout, and foundation construction.
• Ensure project execution in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Supervise site teams and contractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for construction materials and quality control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in civil engineering (experience in solar projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of foundation design, site grading, and structural works.
• Ability to manage contractors and supervise site teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
