Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule.
Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to engineering standards and codes.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for timely execution.

Contractual & Documentation

Assist in preparing and reviewing tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Support contract administration including compliance checks, billing, and documentation.
Prepare RA bills, subcontractor bills, and bar bending schedules.

Design & Planning

Interpret and implement engineering drawings and plans.
Conduct quantity take-offs and material estimations.
Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical issues.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain safety standards.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily progress reports and update project stakeholders.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
2–5 years of experience in site execution or contract engineering roles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering tools.
