Civil Design Engineer

Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Civil Design Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience dedicated to civil engineering design for factories and industrial sites. The candidate will focus on basic and detailed design aspects such as site layouts, foundations, pile design, roads, drainage, utilities, and structural elements. Software tools like Civil 3D and STAAD.Pro is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:· Develop basic and detailed 2D design drawings for civil site layouts, foundations, pile foundations, roads, drainage, utilities, and structural components for industrial projects.· Perform civil and structural engineering calculations.· Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated, accurate, and optimized design solutions.· Ensure all designs comply with relevant Indian codes (IS codes) and international standards applicable to civil and structural engineering based on customer location.· Maintain and update design documentation, including calculation reports, design drawings, and revision records.

Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related engineering discipline.· 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in civil design engineering, preferably for industrial/factory projects.· Good working knowledge of Indian Standard (IS) codes.· Familiarity with international codes like ACI, ASTM, Eurocodes, or equivalent is a plus.· Good analytical skills and attention to detail with a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals.

Preferred Skills:· Experience specifically in factory or industrial site design projects.· Knowledge of local building regulations and environmental compliance relevant to factory design in India or International.· Ability to work independently or within a multi-disciplinary design team
