Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Autodesk Civil 3D, with expertise in creating detailed models and drawings for civil infrastructure projects. Experience in modeling and detailing drainage systems is essential, along with land development, highways, utilities, and grading systems. Proficiency in MicroStation/Revit software is a significant plus. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed models using Autodesk Civil 3D for infrastructure and building projects, including roads, highways, amenities park, underground utilities, earthworks, drainage systems, and grading plans.
• Model and detail drainage systems, including stormwater and sewerage networks, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and project requirements.
• Create models from LOD 100 to LOD 400 for infrastructure projects, utilizing Civil 3D, InfraWorks, MicroStation, and Revit as required.
• Draft and model civil engineering elements such as earthworks, grading, roads, and utilities (e.g., electrical, telecom, streetlights, sewerage, stormwater, potable water, firefighting, and irrigation).
• Create custom structures using part builder for gravity networks and update content catalogs for pressurized networks with pipes and fittings.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Autodesk Navisworks, including analyzing and generating clash reports.
• Generate construction drawings, profiles, cross-sections, and quantity take-offs directly from 3D models.
• Review drawings for accuracy, readability, and compliance with QA/QC processes and project standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Civil 3D Modeler, specializing in infrastructure projects, with

  5-7 years

  of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D is essential. Experience with MicroStation/ Revit software is a significant advantage.
• Working knowledge of InfraWorks and Autodesk Navisworks, including clash detection and clash resolution.
• Knowledge of UK and Australian design standards and practices is crucial.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including earthworks, grading, drainage, and utility design.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality assurance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
