City Sales Head - Merchant Onboarding

As a City Sales Head - Merchant Onboarding in Assam, your role will involve driving business in the respective city/territory and ensuring the achievement of defined sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the sales team earns its variable/incentive on a daily/monthly basis - Conducting regular market visits to ensure business partners are satisfied - Following all operational SOPs, conducting competitor analysis, and implementing marketing activities - Executing local marketing and brand building strategies - Monitoring local end-to-end operations to maximize sales and efficiency - Continuously seeking new opportunities to increase sales in the territory - Assisting the HR team in hiring and providing on-ground training to TLs/Partners - Managing on-ground execution of projects To excel in this role, you must have: - 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leader - Proficiency in MS Office and email communication - Access to a working laptop and good internet connectivity - A personal vehicle The ideal candidate for this position would be: - Excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment - Comfortable with multitasking and adapting to fluid requirements - Proficient in on-ground efforts and rigorous online research - Enthusiastic about learning new things and acquiring new skills The interview process will consist of 2-3 personal rounds of interviews.
