As the City Sales Head - Merchant Onboarding for our company in Assam, you will be responsible for driving business in the respective city/territory and ensuring the achievement of defined sales targets. Your role will involve ensuring the sales team earns its variable/incentive on a daily/monthly basis and conducting regular market visits to ensure business partners are satisfied. You will be expected to follow all operational SOPs, conduct competitor analysis, and execute local marketing and brand building strategies. Monitoring local end-to-end operations to maximize sales and efficiency will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also be required to continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales in the territory, assist the HR team in hiring and on-ground training of TLs/Partners, and manage on-ground execution of projects. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leader, proficiency in MS Office and email, and possess a working laptop and good internet connectivity. A personal vehicle is a must for this position. The ideal candidate for this role should be excited about working in a fast-paced start-up environment, comfortable with multi-tasking and fluid requirements, at home with on-ground efforts and rigorous online research, and enthusiastic about learning new skills.
