Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in

  FMCG, media sales

  , retail, B2B outreach, or field-based business development
• Proven ability to drive daily individual targets and manage sales teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in local language + working English
• Willing to be

  on the ground daily

• Comfortable with CRM tools and mobile reporting
