City Operations Manager

Role Overview: Supertails is a unique platform dedicated to supporting pet parents by providing reliable veterinary care, training services, and a convenient solution for pet food and supplies. The company is focused on revolutionizing pet care through a comprehensive ecosystem tailored to meet the diverse needs of pet owners. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the operations of pet healthcare centers including clinics, grooming, and retail - Coordinate between clinical, non-clinical, and retail teams to ensure seamless functioning - Establish KPIs to monitor performance and efficiency - Implement SOPs and optimize processes across healthcare, retail, and grooming - Identify and address bottlenecks in appointment scheduling, service delivery, and inventory management - Lead and manage teams to ensure adherence to processes and best practices - Drive a culture of accountability, performance measurement, and continuous improvement - Take ownership of P&L responsibility for all service lines in the city - Monitor costs, revenue, and profitability metrics - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services & products - Maintain high standards of pet care, hygiene, and service delivery - Ensure seamless customer journeys and compliance with industry standards - Support the launch of new centers and optimize existing locations for growth - Collaborate with marketing & business teams to drive footfall, bookings, and repeat visits - Identify potential local partnerships and community engagement opportunities Qualification Required: - Pet parent (not owner) - 5-8 years of experience in multi-unit operations management, preferably in healthcare or service industries - Proven track record in P&L ownership, team management, and process optimization - Strong understanding of customer service, operational efficiency, and process improvement - Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and automation - Ability to analyze operational data and make data-backed decisions - Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Note: The job location is in Bangalore.,
