Role & Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of electric cab fleet
• Monitor driver partner attendance, shifts and performance
• Coordinate vehicle allocation, maintenance, and readiness
• Ensure adherence to service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Handle on-ground issue resolution and operational escalations
• Maintain operational reports and data tracking
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of driver partners

Who Should Apply

• 1–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, or mobility
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with field operations and data reporting
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Prior experience in cab, logistics, or mobility startups is a plus
