Job Description

We are seeking a City Head to lead and scale our real estate business in Chennai. This is a high-impact leadership role for a result-oriented professional who can drive sales, build teams, and establish strong client relationships while expanding our presence in the city.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead the city’s business operations, including sales, revenue growth, and client acquisition.
✅ Develop strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.✅ Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.✅ Foster strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and premium clients.✅ Ensure seamless site visits, negotiations, and deal closures for large-ticket transactions.✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches to identify opportunities.✅ Represent the company in networking forums, client meetings, and industry events.✅ Report directly to senior leadership and align city-level strategies with organizational goals.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

✔ Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or related fields.
✔ Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling teams.✔ Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
✔ Strong negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills.✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive growth.
