Job Description –  Be the operational head of Jamboree for our Jaipur operations  Ensure the profitability of the business unit and the achievement of sales and delivery targets  Ensure the timely delivery of services and streamline processes that make operations efficient in each of the centers  Team development through coaching and mentoring  Assess & track market share of the company's product offerings  Conduct seminars on Education Abroad in schools and colleges  Brainstorm new and creative strategies for growth and expansion  Promote consistent customer experience that can represent the overall brand experience Desired candidate’s profile – We are looking for candidates with ability and proven accomplishments in Business Development, Sales and Team Management.
