What would you be doing/ Expected from this role

• Responsible for P&L for the Location Top line Bottom line ABV Margin for the Location P&L
• Inventory Management
• Marketing Activities to scale up business.
• Driving the Store Metrics OTD Complaints Write off On time picking etc.
• Responsible for ensuring recruitment and managing attrition with the help of HR.
• Manpower Planning
• Initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyses the reports to achieve metrics.
• Rewards and Recognition
• Vendor management Delivery Partners and Security, Housekeeping
• Process Adherence
• Competition Tracking
• Work Environment and Safety Management

Who are we looking for

• 8-10 years with 2-4 years Experience at Manager role
• Impressive knowledge in the retail & ecommerce industry
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology.
• Strong Analytical skills
• A motivated, self-directed individual that works well with minimal supervision.
• Experience in organizational communication (internal and external)
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to others; write reports, business correspondence, project plans, procedural documents.
