Role Overview: As the City Head - Alliances at Ambak, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth strategy in Bangalore. Your main responsibilities will include owning the P&L for the city, building strong alliances with key stakeholders, and leading innovative marketing and growth campaigns to establish Ambak as a leader in home finance. Key Responsibilities: - Own the P&L for the city, focusing on revenue generation, profitability, and operational excellence - Establish a robust network of real estate developers, corporate clients, and channel partners - Close high-value partnerships within the real estate and home finance ecosystem to enhance customer experience - Oversee the onboarding, training, and performance of channel partners to ensure operational efficiency - Develop and maintain strong banking relationships to enhance service offerings - Represent Ambak at major industry events to drive brand visibility and PR - Lead compliance and regulatory processes to ensure smooth business operations - Collaborate with central and product teams to address local market challenges and share best practices - Create a blueprint for expanding Ambak's presence beyond Bangalore to other cities Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in operations, consulting, investment banking, marketing, or business development - Background in real estate is a plus - Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a proven track record of driving P&L success - Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and close strategic partnerships - Entrepreneurial, creative, and execution-focused with excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills Additional Details of the Company: Ambak is revolutionizing home finance in India by partnering with real estate developers and providing faster loan approvals through an extensive lender network.
