With operations expanding across India, Ambak is now hiring a City Head Alliances to fuel the next phase of growth. As the City Head - Alliances, you will be at the forefront of Ambak's growth strategy, leading business expansion, partnerships, and revenue generation in Bangalore. Your mission is to build strong alliances, drive profitability, and establish Ambak as the go-to name in home finance. Major job responsibilities include owning the P&L for the city, taking charge of revenue, profitability, and operational excellence. You will build a powerful network of real estate developers, corporate clients, and channel partners, close high-value partnerships, ensure exceptional service delivery, and enhance customer experience through strategic alliances. Additionally, you will oversee onboarding, training, and performance of channel partners, develop and maintain strong banking relationships, represent Ambak at major real estate and finance events, lead compliance and regulatory processes, and collaborate with central & product teams to address local market challenges and share best practices. Furthermore, you will scale Ambak's presence beyond Bangalore by building a blueprint for expansion in other cities. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in operations, consulting, investment banking, marketing, or business development. A background in real estate is a big plus. The candidate should possess a strong analytical & data-driven mindset, with a track record of driving P&L success, proven ability to build, manage, and close strategic partnerships, and entrepreneurial, creative, and execution-focused qualities. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are essential to drive impact at scale.
